Renovation

During a renovation development, VICIS purchases property with an existing building on it.  We build out new mechanical, electrical, heating and ventilation systems ensuring that all work meets code requirements.  Renovation services include aesthetic improvements such as refacing and repainting interior and exterior walls for a new look.
