Tim T. Phan, Founder/CEO of Vertical Intelligent Consulting and Investment Services Corporation (V.I.C.I.S. Corp.) has formed the very first Asian Commercial Real Estate Consulting and Investment Company in the Bay Area. With his enriched knowledge and continued education, Tim has made himself a well-known and most trusted commercial professional in the Bay Area. In addition to various recognitions from different famous institutions of his successes, Tim has also been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

Tim has received numerous sales awards and has been hosting the Real Estate Investment talk show on Sunday morning from 8-9 a.m. on KSJX AM-1500, Friday morning from 8:45 on AM-1120, and many other radio and TV programs in the San Jose and Northern California regions. He has also hosted seminars and training on the subjects of investments and investment analysis.

Tim has been honored by the Realty World Northern California, which named him the Sale Master of the Year for both 2002 and 2003, the winner of the Top Producer awards for 2004, and Premier Sale Master in 2005. Tim also earned membership in the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member, International Council of Shopping Center, Institute Real Estate Management, International Investors Association, and International Business Brokers Association.

Sharon K. Vu co-founded VICIS Corp in 2006 and has served as its Vice President. She is responsible for daily operations, directing all corporate finance, policies and procedures. Her other tasks include pursuing new business ventures, coordinating ongoing development efforts, and cultivating new and existing investors business relationship. In this capacity, Sharon is responsible for securing financing and preparing feasibility analysis, real estate valuations, and financial budgets for all of VICIS’ projects. Her previous experience includes working as a Senior Manager in Finance at Valiant Networks Inc. in San Jose, California. Prior to founding VICIS, she joined Valley Home and Investments Inc. in 1999 and had been promoted to various positions of increasing responsibilities. Most recently, she served as a Senior Investment Advisor at Realty World-Oakridge in San Jose, California. Sharon received her Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from San Jose State University. She is a California Real Estate Broker, and is a current member of ICSC.

Raymond Nguyen was raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Computer Science. While attending College Raymond held several positions in the IT Industry as a systems engineer, IT consulting, project management, and marketing. Some of his personal achievements include intensive and extensive training in Taekwondo capturing the Gold Medal in Sparing for the 1999 Junior Olympics, and subsequently asked to appear on ‘Good Morning Texas’.  After completing his formal education Raymond was introduced to the real estate and development industry through Tim Phan, and invited to become part of the V.I.C.I.S. Corporation Team in 2006. Specializing in the South and Southeast region of the United States, Raymond is responsible for commercial development, investment, and directing all corporate marketing. Raymond is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Ricky Nguyen graduated from Sacramento State University and received a degree in Commercial Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. With his formal education and expertise of the real estate industry, he joined V.I.C.I.S. Corporation as Project Manager to sustain the company’s goal and vision, as he continues to further his knowledge of this industry.

Andrew H. Nguyen joined V.I.C.I.S. Corporation in 2006 and is responsible for leasing, sales, property management, commercial development, investment, and consulting services.  After graduating from the University of California, at San Diego in 2005 with a degree in Political Science, Andrew worked in a civil litigations law firm before moving towards a career in real estate.  His portfolio includes key projects and developments in the greater Bay Area, Los Angeles / Hollywood, Texas, and the Special Administrative Region of Macau (China).  He is a California Real Estate Agent, and is a current member of ICSC.
