Tim T. Phan - CEO/President

In 2006, Tim founded and now serves as the CEO of VICIS, a commercial real estate consulting and investment company in the Bay Area. With expert knowledge and continuous education, Tim has become well-known and trusted as a commercial professional in the Bay Area. In addition to recognition from highly respected institutions, Tim has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

You can hear Tim host the Real Estate Investment talk show Sunday mornings from 8-9 on KSJX AM 1500, as well as appearing on other radio and TV programs in the San Jose and Northern California regions. He also frequently hosts seminars and training sessions on investments and investment analysis.

Sharon K. Vu - Vice President

Sharon co-founded VICIS Corp in 2006 and fills many roles as its Vice President. She secures financing and prepares feasibility analysis, real estate valuations, and financial budgets for all VICIS projects. Sharon pursues new business ventures, coordinates ongoing development efforts, and cultivates new and existing investor relationships. Sharon also oversees daily operations at VICIS, directs all corporate finance, policies and procedures. Prior to co-founding VICIS, Sharon held influential positions at Valiant Networks Inc., Valley Home and Investments Inc., and Realty World-Oakridge, all in or near San Jose, California. Sharon received her Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from San Jose State University. She is a California Real Estate Broker and a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Vertical United Humanity, is a non-profit organization created by VICIS. Primarily, they provide assistance to groups and individuals in need. VICIS recently provided a senior care facility in San Jose with 300 sets of caps, gloves, and scarves for Christmas.
